The subsea camera and sonar system is lowered through the moonpool. The subsea camera system is lowered down to the bit so that we can locate the reentry cone on the seafloor, use the ship's dynamic positioning system to move directly over it, and reenter the hole. On this deployment, once the camera system could see the seafloor it only took ~15 minutes to reenter the 12-foot-in-diameter reentry cone that was 4600 m below the ship!
