ASCII files are included for tables from chapters 3, 6, 15, 23, 35, and 39. All ASCII files are tab delimited.

Chapter 3, 138. Appendix files are transformed depth for site 846-852.

Chapter 1 files include a QUICKTIME movie. Please refer to the chapter 1 directory for readme files and instructions.

Versions of QuickTime 2.0 for Windows and Macintosh, Copyright © 1988-1994 Apple Computer, Inc., are included on the CD. The Windows version is included in the subdirectory CHAP_1/WIN/QKTIME. Refer to README.EXE, followed by SETUP.EXE. The Mac version is included in the folder CHAP_1/MAC/QuickTime for Macintosh.  Refer to Quicktime 2.0 Read Me. QuickTime is a registered trademark used under license.
