Autoclave, cool under N2, then add the following from sterile stock solutions:
NaHCO3 (1 M) 30 mL/L
Vitamin solution 2 mL/L
FeCl2 (1 M) in 0.1-M HCl 0.5 mL/L
Na2S (1 M) 1.2 mL/L
