Leg 138 analyses were conducted by X-ray fluorescence and Leg 201 analyses were conducted by inductively coupled plasma (ICP)-atomic emission spectrophotometry (major element oxides and Ba, Ni, Sc, and Cr) and ICP-mass spectrometry (all other trace elements). Leg 201 analysis were performed by Acme Labs, Vancouver, BC. The SRM was included in the analytical suite as an unknown.
