Operational Highlights
Leg 166T is considered to be extremely important to the success of the JANUS
project. Most of the Tracor development team will be sailing on this leg,
dedicating their efforts to full-time system testing. The JANUS Steering
Committee also took the opportunity to sail SC members on the transit. Terri
King (User Group 1/2a), Kate Moran (User Group 2a/3), Gretchen Hampt
(representing User Group 3), and Ron Chaney from SMP agreed to sail and test
applications.
