This information is intended for scientists who have sailed on an ODP leg, have participated in the program as shore-based participants, or have received ODP samples or data.

How to sail on an ODP leg

No applications are being accepted by the Ocean Drilling Program, which ended in 2003. Sailing opportunities are available with the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program. Applications for IODP expeditions are being accepted by the national science support offices of member countries.
