The Laboratory Working Groups (LWG) are designed to allow marine
laboratory specialists, staff scientists, and shore-based personnel to meet
together with a view to improving individual laboratory facilities. Meetings are
held on a monthly basis. Short-term projects, proposed equipment acquisitions,
and ODP/TAMU Panel recommendations are discussed. This section outlines
some of the projects that Lab Working Groups are currently involved with.
